Projekt zakłada utworzenie placówki wsparcia dziennego PWD dla dzieci i młodzieży na terenie Gminy Łukowica powiat limanowski, woj, małop,w 7 lokalizacjach: 2 w Przyszowej, po 1 w: Łukowicy, Stroniu, Młyńczyskach, Jastrzębiu oraz Świdniku. PWD oferowac będzie łącznie 140 msc wsparcia, tj. po 20 w każdej lokalizacji. w celu zadaptowania pomieszczeń pod potrzeby PWD zost przeprowadz niezbędne prace dostosow oraz zakupiony zost niezbedy sprzęt i wyposażenie np. meble, dywany, klocki, zabawki. Placówka o charakt opiek i specjl. będzie działać zg z ustawą o wspieraniu rodziny i syst pieczy zastęp. oraz Rozporz. w spr wymag lokal i sanit, jakie musi spełniać lok, w kt ma być prowadz PWD. Oprac zost niezbęd dok, w tym statut i reg. PWD bedzie działać w systemie nieferyjnym, min 4 godz.dzień, w formie usług świadczonych w społ. lokal, wg potrzeb UP. W ramach działalności prowadzone będą zaj, w zakresie opieki, wychow, rozwij kompetencji kluczowy, a także udzielane będzie specjl. wsparcie psycholog, logoped, terapeutyczne. ponadto, organizow będą wyjazdy edukrekreac Wwa, Wocław, Zakopane. Każdy UP bedzie miec przeprowadzoną diagnozę, na podst kt opracowany zost ZInd Plan Wsparcia określający def i potrzeby danej os równoległa praca z rodzicami młodszych dzieci. Działania realiz przez wykwalifik i doświad kadrę.
