W ramach projektu planuje się rozbudowę, przebudowę i nadbudowę części budynku Zespołu Szkolno Przedszkolnego w Stanisławiu Dolnym wraz z niezbędnymi instalacjami wewnętrznymi ponadto zgodnie z projektem budowlanym zostanie zmieniony sposób użytkowania adaptacja poddasza nieużytkowego na cele szkolne. Zaplanowano jedno Zadanie na które składają się takie działania jak: 1. Opracowanie dokumentacji technicznej i projektowej, 2. Rozbudowa, Nadbudowa i przebudowa budynku szkoły, 3.Przyłącze kanalizacyjne i odwodnienie 4. Kanalizacja zewnętrzna, instalacja wodkan, c.o., wentylacja mechaniczna 5. Instalacja elektryczna 6. Zagospodarowanie terenu szkoły 7.Nadzór inwestorski 1,5. Zaprojektowana rozbudowa Szkoły respektuje i spełnia wymogi określone w art 5 ust. 1 Prawo Budowlane. Ponadto podczas przygotowania projektu kierowano się energoszczędnością techniczną, najlepszą praktyką w dziedzinie projektowania, a także przy sporządzaniu kosztorysów optymalną relacją jakości do ceny. Zgodnie z zdiagnozowanymi problemami i potrzebami w opisie C1 rozbudowa szkoły przewidziana jest w południowowschodniej części terenu działki inwestycyjnej, kształt i forma wynika z potrzeb użytkowania, wymogów ochrony ppoż oraz dopuszczalnych zapisów w mpzp. Projekt zakłada rozbudowę szkoły celem zwiększenia powierzchni użytkowej parteru, I piętra oraz poddasza użytkowego ponadto projekt zakłada nadbudowę całej części południowej budynku celem zapewnienia wysokości użytkowych poddasza. W ramach realizacji zadania zostanie dostosowana Szkoła dla osób niepełnosprawnych pozbawiona barier architektonicznych.Grupa Docelowa: mieszkańcy miejscowości Stanisław Dolny Dolny (Polish)

The project plans to expand, rebuild and superstructure part of the Preschool School Complex in Stanisław Dolny together with the necessary internal installations and, in addition, according to the construction project, adaptation of the unused loft to school purposes will be changed according to the construction project. A single Task is planned, consisting of activities such as: 1. Development of technical and design documentation, 2. Extension, Reconstruction and Reconstruction of the school building, 3.Connecting sewage and dehydration 4. External Sewerage, Waterkan installation, central heating, mechanical ventilation 5. Electrical Installation 6. Development of the school site 7.Investment supervision 1,5. The planned extension of the School shall respect and comply with the requirements set out in Article 5. 1 Building Law. In addition, the project was guided by technical energy efficiency, best design practice, as well as cost estimates, an optimal quality-to-price ratio. According to diagnosed problems and needs in the C1 description, the expansion of the school is foreseen in the south-eastern part of the investment plot, the shape and form is due to the needs of use, fire protection requirements and acceptable entries in the MPZP. The project envisages the expansion of the school in order to increase the usable area of the ground floor, the first floor and the utility loft. Moreover, the project envisages a superstructure of the entire southern part of the building in order to ensure the useful height of the attic. As part of the task, the school for people with disabilities will be adapted without architectural barriers. residents of the village Stanisław Dolny Dolny (English)
