Projekt zakłada rewitalizacje obszarudziałkę nr ewid.63471o powierzchni 4314 m2. Zakres rzeczowy projektu to budowa OśrodkaDziedzictwa KulturowegoGminyStryszawa, wraz z wew. instalacjami: wodnokanaliz., elektry., c.o, utwardz. terenu,budową przyłącza kanalizacji sanitarnej, instalacji kanalizacji deszczowej i energetycznej, budowę zjazdu z drogi powiatowej oraz dostawą i montażem podstawowego wyposażenia obiektu. Działanie będzie poprzedzone postęp. o udzielenie zamówienia publicznego, zgodnie z ustawą z dnia 29.01.2004r. PZP Dz. U. z 2016 r. poz. 1020 w trybie przetargu nieograniczonego. Realizacja zadania dot. części inwestycyjnej została poprzedzona przygotowaniami formalnymi. Wnioskodawca: zlecił wykonanie dokumentacji technicznej, uzyskał pozwolenie na wyburzenie starego i budowę nowego obiektu. W ramach prac przygotowawczych zad 1 poniesiono koszty opracowania analizy ekonomicznofinansowej, obligatoryjnego załącznika do wniosku, opracowano kosztorysy inwestorskie oraz dokonano rozbiórki budynku komunalnego zakres prac objęty decyzją. Kolejne zadanie objęte projektem to budowa Ośrodka Dziedzictwa Kulturowego Gminy Stryszawa, która obejmuje: prace budowlano wykończeniowe, w tym budowa tarasu letniego z przeznacz. na scenę letnią na występy podczas letnich,plenerowych imprez kulturalnych, zakup i instalacja wyposaż..;urządzenie dojazdu, utwardzenie i zagospod. terenu.W ramach zadania planuje się również zatrudnienie inspektora nadzoru inwestorskiego oraz autorskiego.Nowy budynek będzie obiektem piętrowym z częściowym podpiwnicz.o konstrukcji tradycyjnej. Dostosowanym do krajobrazu i zabudowy występującej na terenie miejscowości poprzez zastosowanie formy dachów oraz gabarytów budynku dominującej na terenie gminy. The project involves revitalisation of the area of plot no.63471o of the area of 4314 m². The object scope of the project is the construction of the Stryszawa Cultural Heritage Centre, together with the abovementioned installations: water Sewerage, Elektry., Central, hardened area, construction of sanitary sewerage connection, rainwater and energy sewerage system, construction of exit from the district road and delivery and assembly of basic equipment of the facility. The action will be preceded by progress. o award of a public contract, in accordance with the Act of 29.01.2004. PZP DZZ. U. of 2016, item. 1020 by open tender. The implementation of the task for the investment part was preceded by formal preparations. The applicant shall: he commissioned the technical documentation, obtained permission to demolish the old and build a new facility. As part of the preparatory work, 1 costs were incurred for the development of an economic and financial analysis, an obligatory annex to the proposal, investor estimates were drawn up and demolition of the municipal building the scope of work covered by the decision. Another task covered by the project is the construction of the Cultural Heritage Centre of Stryszawa commune, which includes: construction and finishing works, including the construction of a summer terrace with a summer stage for performances during summer, outdoor cultural events, purchase and installation equipment..;device for access, hardening and installation of the area.As part of the task, it is also planned to hire an investor and proprietary supervisor.The new building will be a bunk building with a partial cellar.o of traditional construction. Adapted to the landscape and buildings occurring in the village by applying the form of roofs and the size of the dominant building in the municipality.
