Planowane przedsięwzięcie realizowane będzie w Województwie Mazowieckim (WM) w Powiecie Wyszkowskim (PW) na terenie gmin Brańszczyk i Długosiodło. Projekt obejmuje przebudowę drogi powiatowej nr 4403W od km 0+350,00 (zero robocze na skrzyżowaniu z DK Nr 8) do km 19+263,00 w zakres której wchodzi: przebudowa jezdni do docelowej szerokości 6m o długości ok. 17,95km, przebudowa/budowa chodników na długości ok 4,8515km, przebudowa/budowa ścieżki rowerowej o długości 12,49km, budowa/przebudowa 3 skrzyżowań skanalizowanych w tym ronda w miejscowości Stare Bosewo, przebudowę rowów i poboczy, przebudowa 3 mostów (1 most z dobudową kładki), przebudowa przepustu, wykonanie oznakowania. Droga nr 4403W położona jest w ciągu ważnego szlaku komunikacyjnego łączącego się z DK nr 8 i nr 60. Dzięki realizacji inwestycji powstanie dogodne połączenie komunikacyjne pomiędzy siedzibą subregionu ostrołęckiego a stolicą kraju. Projekt ma wpływ na zwiększenie konkurencyjności gospodarczej i atrakcyjności inwestycyjnej regionu. Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do poprawy dostępności komunikacyjnej regionu, co oznacza szybsze i bezpieczniejsze powiązania pomiędzy obszarami położonymi na terenie województwa mazowieckiego, lepszy dostęp do sieci dróg krajowych i międzynarodowych oraz korytarzy trans-europejskich jak również poprawę powiatowego systemu transportowego, w celu zwiększenia atrakcyjności powiatu wyszkowskiego jako miejsca działalności gospodarczej. Bezpośrednim Beneficjentem projektu jest PW. Pośrednimi beneficjentami projektu są mieszkańcy PW, obecni i przyszli przedsiębiorcy, turyści i inni użytkownicy drogi. Planowane przedsięwzięcie realizowane będzie w formule RIT. Projekt PW zaplanowany został w Planie Inwestycyjnym dla subregionu ostrołęckiego w wiązce projektów w ramach I Projektu wiodącego, który przewiduje komplementarnie do pozostałego obszaru funkcjonalnego działania inwestycyjne, które mają na celu ułatwienie komunikacji w ramach całego subregionu ostrołęckiego. The planned project will be implemented in the Mazowiecki Voivodeship (WM) in the Wyszkowski County (PW) within the communes of Brańszczyk and Długosiodło. The project includes the reconstruction of district road No. 4403 W from km 0 + 350.00 (zero working at the junction with DK No 8) to km 19+ 263.00, which includes: reconstruction of the road to the target width of 6 m with a length of approx. 17.95 km, reconstruction/construction of walkways with a length of 4.8515 km, reconstruction/construction of a cycle path with a length of 12.49 km, construction/reconstruction of 3 intersections, including roundabout in Stare Bosewo, reconstruction of ditches and sideways, reconstruction of 3 bridges (1 bridge with bridge extension), reconstruction of culverts, marking. Road No 4403 W is located on an important transport route connecting to DK No. 8 and No. 60. Thanks to the implementation of the investment, a convenient communication link will be created between the seat of the Ostręłęck subregion and the capital of the country. The project has an impact on increasing the economic competitiveness and investment attractiveness of the region. The implementation of the project will contribute to improving the transport accessibility of the region, which means faster and safer links between areas located in the Mazowieckie voivodship, better access to the network of national and international roads and trans-European corridors, as well as improving the poviat transport system, in order to increase the attractiveness of the Wyszkowski district as a place of economic activity. The direct beneficiary of the project is PW. Indirect beneficiaries of the project are residents of the IA, present and future entrepreneurs, tourists and other road users. The planned project will be implemented in the RIT formula. The project of the PW was planned in the Investment Plan for the Ostręłęckie subregion in a bundle of projects under the Lead Project I, which provides in addition to the remaining functional investment activity, which aim to facilitate communication within the entire subregion of Ostręłęck.
