Projekt obejmuje: wymianę starych źródeł ciepła na nowe na paliwa stałe dla 140 budynków. Nowe urządzenia będą zasilane paliwami stałymi z wyłączeniem biomasy. wymianę instalacji wewnętrznych dla 105 budynków redukcji emisji CO2 oraz redukcji emisji pyłu PM10 i PM2,5 podano w części Q.W ramach projektu nie jest planowane podłączenie do lokalnej sieci ciepłowniczej. Na terenie Gminy Tuchów istnieje jedna lokalna kotłownia na terenie jednego z osiedli mieszkaniowych. Właściciel nie planuje rozbudowy sieci ciepłowniczej do roku 2023.Działania na rzecz podnoszenia świadomości ekologicznej ze względu na brak miejsca w tym punkcie zostały opisane w części C4.Wnioskodawca nie posiada i nie planuje przygotowania programu osłonowego dla osób, które ponoszą zwiększone koszty grzewcze lokalu związane z trwałą zmianą systemu ogrzewania na terenie objętym projektem.Projekt jest realizowany na terenie Gminy zakwalifikowanej do obszarów, na których konieczne jest podjęcie działań naprawczych polegających na likwidacji starych niskosprawnych urządzeń grzewczych i wyszczególnionych w obowiązującym Programie ochrony powietrza dla województwa małopolskiego opis w pkt. C.1.1.W Planie Gospodarki Niskoemisyjnej zaplanowano wymianę starych źródeł ciepła. Plan został zaopiniowany i uzyskał potwierdzenie z WFOŚiGW w Krakowie.PGN obejmuje analizę problemową przedstawiono ją w pkt C.1.2. Projekt obejmuje wskazane w PGN działania naprawcze, którym jest wymiana starych źródeł ciepła.Tuchów nie jest miejscowością uzdrowiskową. (Polish)

The project shall include: replacement of old heat sources for new ones for solid fuels for 140 buildings. New equipment will be powered by solid fuels excluding biomass. replacement of internal installations for 105 buildings reducing CO2 emissions and reduction of PM10 and PM2.5 emissions is specified in Part Q.The project does not plan to connect to the local heating network. There is one local boiler house in one of the housing estates. The owner does not plan to expand the heating network until 2023.The actions aimed at raising environmental awareness due to the lack of space in this section are described in section C4.The applicant does not have and does not plan to prepare a cover program for persons who bear increased heating costs of the premises related to the permanent change of heating system in the area covered by the project.The project is implemented in the area of the municipality qualified for areas where it is necessary to undertake corrective actions involving the elimination of the old low-efficiency equipment in the project. C.1.1.In the Low Emission Economy Plan an exchange of old heat sources is planned. The plan has been reviewed and confirmed by WFOŚiGW in Krakow.The PGN includes a problem analysis presented in point C.1.2. The project includes repair actions indicated in PGN, which is the replacement of old sources of heat.Tuchów is not a spa town. (English)
