Przedmiotem projektu jest dofinansowanie do wymiany nieekologicznych źródeł ciepła w indywidualnych gospodarstwach domowych w Gminie Mogilany na nowe gazowe lub na biomasę. Ilość wymienionych kotłów: 147 sztuk. Na moment składania dokumentacji aplikacyjnej nie są znani beneficjenci ostateczni, a co za tym idzie lokalizacje budynków mieszkalnych, w których wymienione zostanie źródło ciepła w ramach przedmiotowego projektu. Dzięki realizacji projektu nastąpi redukcja emisji dwutlenku węgla o więcej niż 50 w odniesieniu do posiadanych przez mieszkańców instalacji. Budynki objęte projektem będą spełniać wymogi energochłonności zawarte w Szczegółowym Opisie Osi Priorytetowych. Wsparcie wymiany źródła ciepła będzie uwarunkowane zapewnieniem odpowiedniej efektywności energetycznej w budynkach. Właściciele budynków zostaną zobowiązani do poddania się ocenie energetycznej budynku wg metodyki przyjętej przez IZ oraz do wykonania modernizacji energetycznej budynku w zakresie wynikającym z ww. oceny. Na dzień składania dokumentacji aplikacyjnej założono, że wszystkie nieekologiczne kotły węglowe wymienione zostaną na kotły na paliwo gazowe lub na biomasę. Przeprowadzona zostanie kampania edukacyjna podnosząca świadomość mieszkańców, w tym beneficjentów ostatecznych nt. wykorzystywania ekologicznych źródeł ciepła, szkodliwości spalania paliw niskiej jakości w paleniskach domowych oraz wpływu niskiej emisji na zdrowie. The subject of the project is co-financing for the exchange of non-organic heat sources in individual households in Mogilana Municipality for new gas or biomass. Number of boilers listed: 147 of them. At the time of filing the application documentation, the final beneficiaries are not known, and hence the locations of the residential buildings in which the heat source will be mentioned in the project. The project will reduce carbon dioxide emissions by more than 50 in relation to installations owned by residents. The buildings covered by the project will meet the energy intensity requirements contained in the Detailed Description of Priority Axis. Support for heat exchange will be conditional on ensuring adequate energy efficiency in buildings. The owners of the buildings will be obliged to undergo an energy assessment of the building according to the methodology adopted by IZ and to carry out the energy modernisation of the building to the extent resulting from the abovementioned assessment. At the date of submission of the application documentation, it was assumed that all non-organic coal boilers would be converted into boilers for gaseous fuel or biomass. There will be an educational campaign to raise awareness among residents, including final beneficiaries on the use of ecological heat sources, the harmfulness of the combustion of low-quality fuels in household furnaces and the impact of low emissions on health.
