Cel główny: upowszechnienie dostępu, usprawnienie i poprawa jakości świadczeń usług społecznych poprzez stworzenie niezbędnej infrastruktury i aktywizacja społeczna osób starszych. Cele szcz.: zwiększenie zakresu usług społecznych o nowe formy wsparcia; zwiększenie liczby miejsc świadczenia usług; wzrost integracji społecznej; wsparcie zrównoważonego rozwoju gminy w sferze gospodarczej i społecznej poprzez rozwój infrastruktury i aktywizację społeczną mieszkańców. Kluczowe rezultaty: 1.liczba nowo utworzonych miejsc pracy-pozostałe formy [EPC]- 3os.; 2.liczba obiektów dostosowanych do potrzeb osób z niepełnosprawnościami- 2szt.; 3.Potencjalna/Rzeczywista liczba użytkowników usług aktywizacji społeczno-zawodowej świadczonych we wspartych obiektach -30 4.liczba osób objętych szkoleniami/doradztwem w zakresie kompetencji cyfrowych- 60os. Grupa docelowa to samorząd gminy, uczestnicy wsparcia w ramach DDPS, lokalni przedsiębiorcy i instytucje umożliwiające realizację projektu. Projekt zlokalizowany w Opolu Lubelskim przy ul. Kolejowej 17. Zakres obejmuje przebudowę i rozbudowę wielofunkcyjnego budynku na Dzienny Dom Pomocy Społecznej, strefę rekreacyjno-sportową i zaplecze sanitarne strefy fitness. Przebudowane i rozebrane będą elementy konstrukcyjne ze zmianą przeznaczenia pomieszczeń. Obiekt będzie powiększony w poziomie z dobudową piętra. Powstaną 2 klatki schodowe, przyłącze energetyczne, wodociągowe i kanalizacyjne. Wykonane będą panele fotowoltaiczne i pompy ciepła do instalacji c.o. i ciepłej wody. Na parterze Dziennego Domu Pomocy Społecznej znajdą się pomieszczenia: sanitarne, porządkowe i socjalne, sale: ogólna i rehabilitacji, gabinet terapii zajęciowej, szatnie, rozdzielnia i zmywalnia, komunikacja. Piętro mieścić będzie: gabinet zabiegowy, sanitariaty, pomieszczenia biurowe, techniczne i komunikację. Otoczenie budynku stanowić będą: ciąg pieszo-jezdny, chodniki, parking, strefa fitness z urządzeniami do ćwiczeń, oświetlenie typu parkowego wykorzystujące OZE. (Polish)

Main objective: increase access to, improve and improve the quality of social services through the creation of the necessary infrastructure and social activation of older people. Objectives are to: increasing the scope of social services by new forms of support; increasing the number of places to provide services; increasing social inclusion; support for the sustainable development of the municipality in the economic and social sphere by developing infrastructure and social activation of residents. Key results: 1. number of newly created jobs-other forms [EPC]- 3persons; 2.number of facilities tailored to the needs of people with disabilities- 2 pieces; 3.Potential/Actual number of users of socio-occupational activation services provided in supported facilities -30 4.number of persons covered by training/advice in the field of digital competence – 60os. The target group is the municipal self-government, DDPS support participants, local entrepreneurs and institutions enabling the project to be implemented. Project located in Opole Lubelski on ul. The railroad 17. The scope includes the reconstruction and extension of the multifunctional building to the Daily Social Assistance Centre, the recreational and sports area and the sanitary facilities of the fitness area. The construction elements will be reconstructed and dismantled with a change in the use of the premises. The building will be enlarged in a level with an addition to the floor. There will be 2 stairways, power, water and sewage connections. Photovoltaic panels and heat pumps for central heating and hot water installations will be made. On the ground floor of the Daily Social Assistance Centre there will be rooms: sanitary, sanitary and social facilities, halls: general and rehabilitation, occupational therapy, locker rooms, switching room and washing room, communication. The floor will include: treatment room, sanitary facilities, office rooms, technical and communication rooms. The surroundings of the building will consist of: walkway, sidewalks, parking lot, fitness area with exercise equipment, park-type lighting using RES. (English)
