Celem głównym projektu jest wzrost efektywności energetycznej budynków użyteczności publicznej, przyczyniający się do poprawy jakości środowiska naturalnego na terenie Gminy Goraj. Celami szczegółowymi są: Zoptymalizowanie działań zwiększających efektywność energetyczną sektora publicznego; Łagodzenie zmian klimatu poprzez ograniczenie emisji zanieczyszczeń do atmosfery; Zwiększenie wykorzystania energii pochodzącej z OZE. Projekt obejmuje termomodernizację budynku użyt. publ. - UG Goraj ( pow. użytkowa 883.1 m2) Kluczowymi rezultatami projektu będą: Ilość zaoszczędzonej energii cieplnej - 565,6 GJ/rok; Dodatkowa zdolność wytwarzania energii ze źródeł odnawialnych (CI30) - 0,004 MW; Zmniejszenie rocznego zużycia energii pierwotnej w budynkach publicznych (CI32) - 214 400 kWh/rok; Szacowany roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych (CI34) - 53.4 tony równoważnika CO2/rok; Produkcja energii elektrycznej z nowo wybudowanych/nowych mocy wytwórczych instalacji wykorzystujących OZE - 3.3 MWhe/rok ; Ilość zaoszczędzonej energii elektrycznej - 13,9 MWh/rok. Zakres prac obejmuje m.in. docieplenie stropu z wymianą dachu znajdującego się w bardzo złym stanie technicznym, modernizacja oświetlenia z wyk. LED, montaż OZE w postaci instalacji fotowoltaicznej otwartej na dachu budynku o mocy 4 kW; ocieplenie ścian zewnętrznych; modernizacja instalacji c.o., częściowa wymiana stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej, zastosowanie automatyki pogodowej wraz z monitoringiem wykorzystania energii w budynku. Zadania w projekcie: Roboty termomodernizacyjne (w tym instalacja fotowoltaiczna), Dokumentacja techniczna, Audyt energetyczny, Studium wykonalności, Koszty osobowe, Menedżer projektu, Kampania informacyjno-promocyjna, Nadzór inwestorski. Grupy docelowe projektu: Użytkownicy UG Goraj oraz społeczność lokalna Gminy Goraj oraz okolic. (Polish)

The main objective of the project is to increase the energy efficiency of public buildings, contributing to improving the quality of the environment in Goraj commune. The specific objectives shall be: Optimising public sector energy efficiency measures; Mitigating climate change by reducing emissions into the atmosphere; Increase the use of energy from RES. The project includes the thermal modernisation of the publ building. — UG Goraj (usable 883.1 m²) The key results of the project will be: The amount of thermal energy saved – 565,6 GJ/year; Additional generation capacity from renewable sources (CI30) – 0,004 MW; Reduction of annual primary energy consumption in public buildings (CI32) – 214400 kWh/year; Estimated annual decrease in greenhouse gas emissions (CI34) – 53.4 tonnes of CO2 equivalent/year; Electricity generation from newly built/new RES installations – 3.3 MWhe/year; The amount of electricity saved – 13,9 MWh/year. The scope of works includes warming of the ceiling with the replacement of the roof in a very bad technical condition, modernisation of lighting with excavation. Led, RES assembly in the form of an open photovoltaic installation on the roof of a building with a power of 4 kW; warming of the outer walls; modernisation of central heating system, partial replacement of window and door carpentry, use of weather automation with monitoring of energy use in the building. Tasks in the project: Thermal modernisation robots (including photovoltaic installation), Technical documentation, Energy audit, feasibility study, personal costs, Project Manager, Information and Promotion Campaign, Investor supervision. Target groups of the project: Users of UG Goraj and the local community of Goraj commune and surrounding areas. (English)
