Głównym celem projektu jest stworzenie warunków powszechnego dostępu do wysokiej jakości edukacji dla dzieci w wieku przedszkolnym poprzez utworzenie oddziału przedszkolnego oraz organizacja zajęć dodatkowych, doposażenie bazy dydaktycznej i szkolenia kadry nauczycielskiej. W wyniku realizacji projektu zostaną osiągnięte rezultaty tj. zostanie utworzony oddział przedzkolny na 25 miejsc, 12 dzieci zostanie objęte edukacją w ramach zajęć specjalistycznych, 5 nauczycieli nabędzie kompetencje w zakresie obsługi tablicy interaktywnej, w zakresie logopedii, zajęć rozwijających kompetencje społeczno - emocjonalne, zajęć kompensacyjno - korekcyjnych oraz zajęć z gimnastyki korekcyjnej. Grupę docelową tworzą dzieci w wieku przedszkolnym oraz nauczyciele z terenu gminy.W projekcie zaplanowano utworzenie oddziału przedszkolnego gminnego przedszkola w kompleksie budynku Szkoły Podstawowej i Gimnazjum w Galewicach, realizację zajęć dodatkowych specjalistycznych oraz wsparcie w zakresie doskonalenia umiejętności i kompetencji zawodowych nauczycieli. Działania podejmowane w projekcie przyczynią się do zmniejszenia nierówności w dostępie do edukacji przedszkolnej i objęcia większej liczby dzieci w wieku 3- 6 lat edukacją przedszkolną a zarazem do wyrównania szans edukacyjnych dzieci z terenów wiejskich. The main objective of the project is to create conditions for universal access to high-quality education for children of pre-school age through the creation of a pre-school branch and the organisation of additional activities, upgrading the teaching base and training of teachers. As a result of the project, results will be achieved, i.e. there will be a pre-school branch for 25 places, 12 children will be educated as part of specialised classes, 5 teachers will acquire competences in the field of interactive board operation, speech therapy, classes developing socio-emotional competences, compensatory and corrective gymnastics. The target group consists of children of preschool age and teachers from the municipality area.The project plans to create a kindergarten branch of the municipal kindergarten in the complex of the building of the Primary School and Gymnasium in Galewice, the implementation of additional specialised classes and support in the field of improving the skills and professional competences of teachers. The actions taken in the project will help to reduce inequalities in access to pre-school education and to cover more children aged 3-6 years in pre-school education and at the same time to equalise the educational opportunities of rural children.
