Projekt skierowany jest do 60 osób z niepeł.spowodowaną zaburzeniami psychicznymi, zamieszkujących na terenie woj. lubelskiego (zgodnie z KC). Głównym celem jest zwiększenie szans powrotu na rynek pracy 60 osób (30K i 30M) z niepełnosprawnością. z woj. lubelskiego do 31.05.2020 . poprzez realizację kompleksowego programu aktywizacji społeczno - zawodowej, który obejmuje: - diagnozę porzeb uczestników/czek proj. - trening motywacyjny - grupowe poradnictwo zawodowe - szkolenia zawodowe realizowane zgodnie z IPD; - zatrudnienie wspomagane; - pośrednictwo pracy. Wsparcie osób odbywać się będzie na podstawie ścieżki reintegracji stworzonej indywidualnie dla każdej osoby, z uwzględnieniem diagnozy sytuacji problemowej, zasobów, potencjał. Projekt spełnia kryt.premiujace: nr 2: Projekt zakłada osiągnięcie wskaźnika efektywności zatrudnieniowej po opuszczeniu programu (łącznie z pracującymi na własny rachunek) - w odniesieniu do osób lub środowisk zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym na poziomie co najmniej 30%; Uzasadnienie: wskaźnik zostanie osiągniety na poziomie 18 osób, co stanowi 30% gr.docelowej (60 osób) nr 4:W ramach grupy docelowej osoby z niepełnosprawnościami stanowią co najmniej 20% ogółu uczestników. Uzasadnienie: Proj.jest w 100% skierowany do os.niepeł. nr 6: Projekt zakłada wykorzystanie rozwiązań lub produktów wypracowanych w ramach projektów innowacyjnych Programu Inicjatywy Wspólnotowej EQUAL, Programu Operacyjnego Kapitał Ludzki. The project is aimed at 60 people with less than people caused by mental disorders, living in the Lubelskie Voivodeship (according to the KC). The main objective is to increase the chances of returning to the labour market of 60 people (30K and 30M) with disabilities. from Lubelskie Voivodeship to 31.05.2020. through the implementation of a comprehensive programme of social and professional activation, which includes: — a diagnosis of the needs of participants/commands. — motivational training – group vocational guidance – vocational training carried out in accordance with the IPD; — assisted employment; — job mediation. Support for people will be based on a path of reintegration created individually for each person, taking into account the diagnosis of the problem situation, resources and potential. The project meets the criteria for: number 2: The project aims to achieve an employment efficiency indicator after leaving the programme (including self-employed) for persons or groups at risk of poverty or social exclusion of at least 30 %; Justification: the rate will be reached at the level of 18 people, representing 30 % of the target gr.(60 persons) No 4:The target group of persons with disabilities accounts for at least 20 % of the total number of participants. Justification: The project is 100 % addressed to the incomplete. Number 6: The project involves the use of solutions or products developed in the framework of innovative projects of the EQUAL Community Initiative Programme, the Human Capital Operational Programme. Justification: As part of the recruitment, the final product-Model aktywiz.spo³.-zaw.os.incomplete method will be used by 5 steps. (English)
