Niniejszy projekt będzie polegał na opracowaniu modelu biznesowego służącego rozwojowi działalności eksportowej firmy ŁZG Łęczyca S.A. Realizacja projektu będzie miała miejsce w okresie od czerwca do listopada 2017 roku. Wartość całkowita projektu wynosi 123 000,00 PLN, natomiast wysokość kosztów kwalifikowanych wynosi 100 000,00 PLN, z czego wnioskowane dofinansowanie to 50 000,00 PLN. Przedmiotowy model biznesowy, obejmować będzie przede wszystkim analizę tendencji rynkowych w branży górniczej i budowlanej na rynkach zagranicznych oraz plan udziału w międzynarodowych targach branżowych, w szczególności z uwzględnieniem wytypowanych rynków zagranicznych. Firma ŁZG Łęczyca planuje wejście ze swoimi produktami na nowe zagraniczne rynki zbytu, na których wnioskodawca nie jest aktywny. Będzie to możliwe poprzez udział w imprezach targowych oraz pozyskanie przynajmniej jednego większego dystrybutora w każdym z wytypowanych przez Spółkę państw. Zagwarantuje to długoterminową współpracę oraz pojawienie się na stałe wyrobów firmy ŁZG Łęczyca na wskazanych rynkach. (Polish)

This project will consist of developing a business model for the development of the export activity of ŁZG Łęczyca S.A. The project will be implemented in the period from June to November 2017. The total value of the project is PLN 123 000.00, while the amount of eligible costs is PLN 100 000.00, of which the requested co-financing is PLN 50 000.00. This business model will include, above all, an analysis of market trends in the mining and construction industry on foreign markets and a plan to participate in international trade fairs, in particular taking into account selected foreign markets. ŁZG Łęczyca plans to enter new foreign markets with its products, where the applicant is not active. This will be possible through participation in trade fairs and obtaining at least one larger distributor in each of the countries selected by the Company. This will guarantee long-term cooperation and the permanent appearance of ŁZG Łęczyca products on the specified markets. (English)
