Cel główny: Zwiększenie o 20 liczby miejsc w edukacji przedszkolnej, podniesienie kompetencji 60 dzieci dzięki zajęciom dodatkowym i podniesienie kwalifikacji 9 pracowników Centrum Montessori Pestka poprzez szkolenia do końca kwietnia 2018 roku. W projekcie planowane jest uruchomienie 20 miejsc przedszkolnych, zajęcia dodatkowe dla 60 dzieci, szkolenia dla 10 pracowników w niepublicznym punkcie przedszkolnym prowadzonym przez Wnioskodawcę zgodnie z pedagogiką Montessori pod nazwą Centrum Montessori Pestka [CM Pestka]. Edukacja Montessori jest bardzo doceniana przez rodziców na całym świecie, a w ostatnich latach także w PL i we Wrocławiu. Niestety liczba miejsc we wrocławskich i podwrocławskich przedszkolach Montessori w porównaniu z rosnącą świadomością rodziców jest kroplą w morzu potrzeb. Jest to związane z charakterystycznym dla tej pedagogiki indywidualnym podejściem do dziecka, specjalnie przygotowanym otoczeniem i nauczycielem, zupełnie innym niż w tradycyjnych przedszkolach. Grupa docelowa: • 60 dzieci w wieku przedszkolnym z CM Pestka • 10 pracowników pedagogicznych CM Pestka • CM Pestka Główne wskaźniki w projekcie: -9 nauczycieli, którzy uzyskali kwalifikacje lub nabyli kompetencje po opuszczeniu programu -60 dzieci objętych w ramach programu dodatkowymi zajęciami zwiększającymi ich szanse edukacyjne w edukacji przedszkolnej -20 miejsc wychowania przedszkolnego dofinansowanych w programie -10 nauczycieli objętych wsparciem w programie Główne działania w projekcie: - zakup wyposażenia i pomocy rozwojowych dla 20 miejsc przedszkolnych - uruchomienie i funkcjonowanie przez 8 m-cy grupy 20 nowych miejsc - realizacja zajęć dodatkowych dla 60 dzieci z CM Pestka - szkolenia dla 10 osób grona pedagogicznego CM Pestka. Projekt odpowiada na zdiagnozowane potrzeby i oczekiwania w głównej mierze mieszkańców Gminy m.Wrocław i Gminy Kąty Wrocławskie, a także jest odpowiedzią na wskazane problemy w Strategii ZIT WrOF (Polish)

Main objective: Increase the number of pre-school education by 20, raise the competences of 60 children through additional activities and raise the qualifications of 9 employees of the Montessori Pestka Centre through training by the end of April 2018. The project plans to launch 20 preschool places, additional activities for 60 children, training for 10 employees at a non-public preschool facility run by the Applicant in accordance with Montessori pedagogy under the name of the Montessori Pestka Center [CM Pestka]. Montessori education is highly appreciated by parents all over the world, and in recent years also in PL and Wrocław. Unfortunately, the number of places in Montessori kindergartens in Wrocław and near Wrocław compared to the growing awareness of parents is a drop in the sea of needs. This is related to the peculiar approach of this pedagogy to the child, a specially prepared environment and a teacher, completely different than in traditional kindergartens. Target group: • 60 preschool children with CM Pestka • 10 pedagogical workers CM Pestka • CM Pestka Main indicators in the project: —9 teachers who have acquired qualifications or competences after leaving the programme -60 children covered by the programme with additional activities increasing their educational opportunities in pre-school education -20 pre-primary education places co-financed by the programme -10 teachers supported by the programme Main actions in the project: — the purchase of equipment and development assistance for 20 preschool places – the launch and operation of a group of 20 new places by 8 months – implementation of additional activities for 60 children from CM Pestka – training for 10 people of the pedagogical group of CM Pestka. The project responds to diagnosed needs and expectations mainly of residents of Wrocław and the Municipality of Kąty Wrocławskie, and is also a response to the problems identified in the ZIT WrOF Strategy (English)
