Na terenie Powiatu Aleksandrowskiego zidentyfikowano problem ograniczonej oferty wsparcia dla rodziców opiekujących się dziećmi do lat 3. Wynika to m. in. ze Strategii Obszaru Rozwoju Społeczno-Gospodarczego Powiatu Aleksandrowskiego. Rodzice wybierają często nieinstytucjonalną formę opieki np. nianie, dziadkowie lub opiekują się dziećmi samodzielnie pozostając bez pracy, wykorzystując urlopy wychowawcze. Wiąże się to z wycofaniem z życia społeczno-zawodowego. Trudności w godzeniu życia zawodowego z rodzicielstwem wpływają na obniżenie jakości życia tych osób. Problem ten dotyka przede wszystkim kobiet. Ze względu na ograniczoną ofertę opieki instytucjonalnej (obszar jednej gminy) nad dziećmi do lat 3, celowe jest podejmowanie działań wspierających rodziny w zakresie opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3. Projekt jest odpowiedzią na trudną sytuację rodziców, którzy w wyniku braku możliwości zabezpieczenia alternatywnej formy opieki nad dzieckiem, nie są w stanie powrócić na rynek pracy. Przedmiotem inwestycji jest budowa nowego obiektu w formule pod klucz (w stanie wykończonym), zagospodarowanie terenu wokoło budynku wraz z zielenią i parkingami, przyłączami wodociągowymi, kanalizacji sanitarnej, kanalizacji deszczowej, przyłącza energetycznego i cieplnego, oraz wyposażenie obiektu w sprzęt pozwalający na eksploatację założonej funkcji dla celów opieki dla dzieci do lat 3 (żłobka), na działce 30/16 obręb Odolion. W ramach projektu zostaną utworzone łącznie 2 oddziały po 16 dzieci w żłobku w miejscowości Odolion. Łącznie planuje się utworzenie 32 miejsc opieki nad dziećmi od ukończenia 20 tygodnia do 3 lat. I oddział będzie dla dzieci od ukończenia 20 tygodnia do 24 miesięcy, II oddział dla dzieci w wieku od 24 do 36 miesięcy. Budynek żłobka wkomponowany będzie w otaczające go istniejące osiedle w m. Odolion. Żłobek będzie czynny w dni robocze od poniedziałku do piątku od godziny 6.00 do 16.30. Pracować będzie przez 11 miesięcy w roku. (Polish)

The problem of a limited offer of support for parents caring for children under the age of 3 has been identified in the area of Aleksandrowski County. This is due, among others, to the strategy of the area of social and economic development of the district of Aleksandrowski. Parents often choose non-institutional forms of care, e.g. nannies, grandparents or take care of their children without work, using parental leave. This involves withdrawal from socio-professional life. Difficulties in reconciling working and parental life reduce the quality of life of these people. This problem primarily affects women. Due to the limited provision of institutional care (the area of one municipality) for children under the age of 3, it is advisable to take measures to support families in the field of childcare under the age of 3. The project is a response to the difficult situation of parents who, as a result of the inability to secure an alternative form of childcare, are unable to return to the labour market. The object of the investment is the construction of a new facility in the turnkey formula (finished), land development around the building with greenery and car parks, water supply, sanitary sewerage, rain drainage, power and heat connection, and equipment for the operation of the established function for the purposes of care for children under 3 years (crew), on plot 30/16 of Odolion. As part of the project, a total of 2 branches of 16 children will be created in a nursery in Odolion. A total of 32 childcare facilities are planned from 20 to 3 years of age. And the branch will be for children from completion of 20 week to 24 months, II ward for children aged 24 to 36 months. The building of the nursery will be incorporated into the surrounding settlement in Odolion. The nursery will be open on working days from Monday to Friday from 6.00 a.m. to 16.30 p.m. He'll be working months a year. (English)
