Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób bezrobotnych powyżej 29 r. ż. zakwalifikowanych do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia) należących co najmniej do jednej z poniższych grup: osób powyżej 50 roku życia, kobiet, osób z niepełnosprawnościami, osób długotrwale bezrobotnych, osób o niskich kwalifikacjach w powiecie rypińskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia zgodnie z metodologią mierzenia kryterium efektywności zatrudnieniowej w projekcie na minimalnym poziomie: dla osób w wieku 50 lat i więcej - 33%, dla kobiet - 39%, dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami - 33%, dla osób długotrwale bezrobotnych - 30%, osób o niskich kwalifikacjach - 38%. W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of unemployed people over the year 29 qualified for the aid profile I (so-called active unemployed) or the aid profile II (so-called requiring support) belonging to at least one of the following groups: people over 50 years of age, women, people with disabilities, the long-term unemployed, the low-skilled in the Rypiński district. The main result of the project will be to take up employment in accordance with the methodology for measuring the employment efficiency criterion in the project at a minimum level: for people aged 50 and over – 33 %, for women – 39 %, for people with disabilities – 33 %, for long-term unemployed – 30 %, low-skilled – 38 %. As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. (English)
