Przedmiotowy projekt dotyczy termomodernizacji budynku Przedszkola Miejskiego Nr 2 w Żninie. Siedzibą Przedszkola Miejskiego Nr 2 w Żninie jest budynek A mieszczący się przy ul. Klemensa Janickiego 10 i budynek B mieszczący się przy ul. Jasnej 5 w Żninie. Przedmiotowa inwestycja dotyczy budynku B. Celem głównym projektu jest poprawa efektywności energetycznej budynku użyteczności publicznej – Przedszkola Miejskiego Nr 2 w Żninie. W ramach przedmiotowego projektu Wnioskodawca przewidział zadania w postaci: • Przygotowanie dokumentacji technicznej, • Roboty budowlano-montażowe, • Nadzór inwestorski, • Informacja i promocja projektu. W związku z istniejącym stanem technicznym budynku Przedszkola Miejskiego nr 2 w Żninie oraz na podstawie przeprowadzonego audytu energetycznego obiektu Wnioskodawca planuje realizację przedmiotowego projektu w zakresie rzeczowym obejmującym następujące działania termomodernizacyjne: •wykonanie docieplenia: elewacji wraz z wykonaniem tynku, ścian fundamentowych, dachu oraz stropu nad wejściem, •wymianę istniejącej stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej: okiennej w piwnicy, na parterze i piętrze, drzwiowej zewnętrznej na nową spełniającą wartości przenikalności przegród oraz prace odtworzeniowe pomieszczeń po wymianie stolarki. •wymianę instalacji elektrycznej i sanitarnej na parterze i piwnicy (wymianę instalacji oświetlenia wbudowanego na nowe energooszczędne LED wraz z wymianą instalacji elektrycznej niespełniającej wymagań technicznych oraz zapewnienie optymalnego sterowania oświetleniem), •wymianę grzejników i instalacji c.o. (piwnica, parter) oraz modernizację instalacji c.o i c.w.u., •wyburzenie istniejącego komina zewnętrznego oraz montaż komina stalowego do pieca gazowego. (Polish)

This project concerns the thermomodernisation of the Municipal Kindergarten No. 2 in Żnin. The seat of the Municipal Kindergarten No. 2 in Żnin is building A located at ul. Klemens Janicki 10 and Building B located at ul. Bright 5 in the Harvest. This investment concerns building B. The main objective of the project is to improve the energy efficiency of the public utility building – Municipal Kindergarten No. 2 in Żnin. Within the framework of this project, the applicant foresaw tasks in the form of: • Preparation of technical documentation, • Construction and assembly works, • Investor supervision, • Information and promotion of the project. In connection with the existing technical condition of the Municipal Kindergarten No. 2 in Żnin and on the basis of the energy audit of the facility, the applicant plans to implement the project in kind, including the following thermo-modernisation activities: •implementation of warming: facade with plaster, foundation walls, roof and ceiling above the entrance, replacement of existing window and door joinery: the window in the basement, on the ground floor and the floor, the external door for a new one fulfilling the permeability of partitions and the replacement work of the woodwork. • replacement of electrical and sanitary installations on the ground floor and basement (exchange of lighting system built into new energy-efficient LEDs together with replacement of electrical installations which do not meet technical requirements and ensure optimal lighting control), • replacement of radiators and central heating installations (basin, ground floor) and modernisation of the central and central heating system, • demolition of the existing external chimney and installation of steel chimney for gas furnace.
