Przedsięwzięcie będzie realizowane pod tytułem „Modernizacja energetyczna gminnego budynku przy ul. Rynkowej 6A w Raciążku”. Projekt kwalifikuje się do wsparcia w ramach Osi priorytetowej 3 Efektywność energetyczna i gospodarka niskoemisyjna w regionie, Działania 3.3. Efektywność energetyczna w sektorze publicznym i mieszkaniowym – schemat: Modernizacja energetyczna budynków publicznych – w ramach polityki terytorialnej Regionalnego Programu Operacyjnego Województwa Kujawsko-Pomorskiego na lata 2014-2020. Przedmiotem przedsięwzięcia jest głęboka i kompleksowa modernizacja energetyczna budynku użyteczności publicznej, będącego własnością Gminy Raciążek. Prace zwiększające efektywność energetyczną obiektu dotyczą budynku, w którym znajdują się: remiza Ochotniczej Straży Pożarnej w Raciążku, Gminny Ośrodek Pomocy Społecznej, świetlicy gminnej oraz pomieszczeń gospodarczych. Cały obiekt spełnia funkcje publiczną. Przedmiotem planowanego przedsięwzięcia są następujące działania: 1. Roboty budowlane. 2. Nadzór inwestorski. 3. Nadzór przyrodniczy. 4. Promocja projektu. Roboty budowlane dotyczą ocieplenia ścian zewnętrznych, ścian zewnętrznych fundamentu, ocieplenia dachu i stropu nad garażem,wymianę pokrycia dachowego, wymianę stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej, wymianę grzejników, montaż głowic termostatycznych, wymianę kotła na olejowy, montaż kolektorów słonecznych na potrzeby c.w.u. Obiekt objęty projektem jest budynkiem publicznym, w którym realizowane są zadania na rzecz społeczeństwa. Wszystkie prace budowlane zgodne są z opracowanym dla inwestycji audytem energetycznym, dokumentacją projektową oraz zgłoszeniem robót budowlanych. Inwestycja wymagała dokonania zgłoszenia zamiaru wykonania robót. Nie było konieczności wydawania decyzji środowiskowej. Projekt przyczynia się do poprawy efektywności energetycznej na poziomie 66,81%, jak również do redukcji CO2 oraz pyłu zawieszonego PM10. (Polish)

The project will be implemented under the title "Energy modernisation of the municipal building at ul. Market 6A in Raciążk. The project is eligible for support under Priority Axis 3 Energy efficiency and low carbon economy in the region, Measures 3.3. Energy efficiency in the public and housing sectors – scheme: Energy modernisation of public buildings – within the territorial policy of the Regional Operational Programme of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship for the years 2014-2020. The subject of the project is a deep and comprehensive energy modernisation of the public utility building, owned by the Municipality of Raciążek. The energy efficiency work of the facility relates to the building in which the following are located: firehouse of the Raciążk Volunteer Fire Service, Municipal Social Assistance Centre, communal common room and commercial premises. The entire facility performs public functions. The proposed project shall cover the following activities: 1. It’s construction work. 2. It’s investor supervision. 3. It’s natural supervision. 4. Promotion of the project. The construction works concern insulation of external walls, exterior walls of the foundation, insulation of the roof and ceiling above the garage, replacement of roof covering, replacement of window and door joinery, replacement of heaters, installation of thermostatic heads, replacement of boiler for oil, installation of solar collectors for central heating purposes. All construction works are in accordance with the energy audit, design documentation and declaration of construction works developed for the investment. The investment required a declaration of intention to perform works. There was no need for an environmental decision. The project contributes to the improvement of energy efficiency of 66.81 %, as well as reduction of CO2 and particulate matter PM10. (English)
