Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób od 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie wołowskim. W ramach projektu wsparciem zostaną objęte osoby w wieku powyżej 30 roku życia, które zostały zakwalifikowane do I profilu pomocy (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub II profilu pomocy (tzw. bezrobotni wymagający wsparcia). W ramach projektu przeprowadzona zostanie analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych każdego uczestnika. Następnie na tej podstawie każdemu uczestnikowi zostanie przedstawiona konkretna oferta aktywizacji zawodowej. Będzie to podłożem do realizacji przez PUP odpowiednio dobranych usług i instrumentów rynku pracy, o których jest mowa w Ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. Wszystkie uczestniczki i uczestnicy projektu zostaną objęci (założenie/aktualizacja) IPD, którego realizacja ma doprowadzić do poprawy ich sytuacji w kierunku umożliwiającym im podjęcie zatrudnienia. Uczestnicy projektu dostaną ofertę aktywizacji zawodowej obejmującej wsparcie w postaci: staży, szkoleń, jednorazowych środków na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people from the age of 30 who are unemployed in the Wolów County. The project will support people over the age of 30 who are eligible for the first aid profile (so-called active unemployed) or the second aid profile (so-called unemployed requiring support). The project will analyse the skills, predispositions and professional problems of each participant. On this basis, a specific offer of professional activation will be presented to each participant. This will be the basis for the implementation by PUPs of appropriately selected services and labour market instruments, referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. All participants and participants in the project will be included (establishment/update) of the IPD, the implementation of which is intended to improve their situation in the direction of employment. Participants of the project will receive an offer of professional activation including support in the form of: traineeships, trainings, one-off measures for starting a business. (English)
