Przedmiotem niniejszego projektu jest wdrożenie nowej technologii produkcji oraz uruchomieniu na jej podstawie wytwarzania znacząco ulepszonych, w stosunku do dotychczas wytwarzanych na terytorium Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej produktów: - Nowy typ materiału do hydroizolacji dla budownictwa - sprasowane pyły do hydroizolacji; - Nowy typ mieszanek stabilizacyjnych wytwarzanych na bazie nowego typu lepiszcza do stabilizacji gruntu - sprasowanych pyłów. Głównym celem projektu jest wdrożenie innowacyjnej, własnej technologii przeróbki odpadowych hałd kruszywa i wytwarzania innowacyjnych produktów, poprzez stworzenie dedykowanej i indywidualnie zsyntezowanej linii technologicznej dla produkcji nowych produktów, jako strategii uzyskania przewagi konkurencyjnej. W ramach realizowanego projektu przedsiębiorstwo zamierza wdrożyć w życie innowacyjną, niespotykaną na skalę kraju, całkowicie bezodpadową technologię przerobu kruszyw i wytworzyć dzięki jej zastosowaniu oraz dzięki opracowanej we własnym zakresie procedurze produkcyjnej, nowe produkty o unikalnych właściwościach, o przeznaczeniu dla budownictwa jednorodzinnego, przemysłowego jak i drogowego. The subject of this project is the implementation of the new production technology and the launch of the production of significantly improved products on the territory of the Republic of Poland: — A new type of waterproofing material for construction – compressed waterproofing dusts; — A new type of stabilisation mixtures produced on the basis of a new type of primer for soil stabilisation – pressed dust. The main objective of the project is to implement innovative, own technology for processing waste heaps of aggregates and the production of innovative products, by creating a dedicated and individually synthesised technological line for the production of new products, as a strategy for gaining a competitive advantage. Within the framework of the project, the company intends to implement an innovative, unprecedented country-wide, completely waste-free aggregate processing technology and its application, and thanks to its own production procedure, new products with unique properties, intended for single-family, industrial and road construction.
