Zakres projektu budowlanego obejmuje remont, przebudowę i rozbudowę budynku Filharmonii Krakowskiej wraz z infrastrukturą techniczną, polegający na: - przebudowie i remoncie budynku Filharmonii im. Karola Szymanowskiego w Krakowie przy ul. Zwierzynieckiej 1 w zakresie dostosowania go do nowych rozwiązań funkcjonalnych oraz do obowiązujących przepisów w części: Piwnice – w całości Parter – w całości I piętro – balkon Sali Koncertowej, hall balkonu sali koncertowej, klatki schodowe, szyb windowy, toalety, garderoby artystów (wyłączone z opracowania są „Sala Złota” oraz kawiarnia), II piętro – klatki schodowe, szyb windowy, pomieszczenia administracyjne i toalety w północnej części frontu, winda, część oficyny w zakresie komunikacji oraz pomieszczenia socjalnego (wyłączona z opracowania jest Sala Błękitna wraz z hallem, część administracyjna od strony ul. Zwierzynieckiej i od strony dziedzińca, sala prób w oficynie). - rozbudowie budynku w zakresie: zabudowy dziedzińca w poziomie parteru, pierwszego i drugiego piętra wraz przeszklonym foyer oraz z jednym poziomem piwnic oraz budowy szybu windowego dla osób niepełnosprawnych (dobudowa do istniejącej klatki schodowej) - budowie i przebudowie istniejącej infrastruktury technicznej - rozbiórce garażu oraz muru granicznego należącego do Filharmonii Krakowskiej (w związku z rozbudową budynku w granicy). W ramach projektu zostanie także zakupiony sprzęt i wyposażenie niezbędny do prowadzenia działalności w nowych warunkach infrastrukturalnych. (Polish)

The scope of the construction project includes the renovation, reconstruction and extension of the Krakow Philharmonic building together with the technical infrastructure, consisting of: — reconstruction and renovation of the Karol Szymanowski Philharmonic building in Kraków at ul. Zwierzyniecka 1 in the area of adapting it to new functional solutions and to the applicable provisions in part: Cellars – entirely Ground floor – fully first floor – balcony of the Concert Hall, hall of the balcony of the concert hall, staircases, window windows, toilets, artists’ wardrobe (excluded from the study are “Gold Hall” and cafe), second floor – staircases, window shafts, administrative rooms and toilets in the northern part of the front, elevator, part of the office in the area of communication and the social room (excluded from the development is the Blue Hall, along with the administration hall. Zwierzyniecka and from the courtyard side, rehearsal room in the outbuilding). — extension of the building in the scope of: construction of the courtyard in the ground floor, first and second floor with a glass foyer and one level of cellars and construction of an elevator shaft for people with disabilities (added to the existing staircase) – construction and reconstruction of the existing technical infrastructure – demolition of the garage and the border wall belonging to the Krakow Philharmonic (in connection with the expansion of the building at the border). The project will also purchase the equipment and equipment necessary to operate under new infrastructure conditions. (English)
