W ramach Planu Działań na lata 2017-2018 IP planuje realizować działania obejmujące utrzymanie niezbędnych warunków pracy oraz potencjału instytucji, które będą gwarantować skuteczne wykonywanie obowiązków związanych z realizacją Programu poprzez dofinansowanie obszarów określonych w pkt. 10. Oś priorytetowa X Pomoc techniczna, Szczegółowego Opisu Osi Priorytetowych POIiŚ 2014-2020. Będzie to realizowane poprzez finansowanie: wsparcia eksperckiego i prawnego; działań IP w obszarze wsparcia merytorycznego IW oraz beneficjentów; informacji i promocji; ewaluacji; kontroli; podnoszenia kwalifikacji pracowników; kosztów organizacyjnych, technicznych i administracyjnych; wsparcia procesu realizacji oraz innych działań w zakresie przygotowania, wdrażania, monitoringu i kontroli Programu. Zadania ewaluacji realizowane będą w celu wzmocnienia sprawności systemu realizacji programu. Zakres planowanego przez IP projektu jest zgodny z zapisami dokumentów programowych. Planowane wydatki spełniają zasady kwalifikowalności zawarte we właściwych wytycznych. Realizacja projektu przyczyni się zarówno do realizacji celów POIiŚ 2014-2020 jak i celów szczegółowych określonych dla X osi priorytetowej. Projekt będzie realizowany zgodnie z prawem krajowym i wspólnotowym, w tym z: ustawą Pzp, zasadami horyzontalnymi określonymi w art. 5, 7, 8 Rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) nr 1303/2013 z dnia 17 grudnia 2013 r. Under the 2017-2018 Action Plan, the IP plans to implement activities covering the maintenance of the necessary working conditions and the capacity of the institutions, which will guarantee the effective performance of the obligations related to the implementation of the Programme by co-financing the areas defined in point. 10. Priority axis X Technical Assistance, Detailed Description of the priority axis 2014 to 2020. This will be done through funding: expert and legal support; IP activities in the area of substantive support of IW and beneficiaries; information and promotion; the evaluation; the checks; upgrading the skills of workers; organisational, technical and administrative costs; support for the implementation process and other activities in the field of preparation, implementation, monitoring and control of the Programme. The evaluation tasks will be carried out in order to strengthen the efficiency of the programme implementation system. The scope of the project planned by IP is compatible with the records of software documents. The planned expenditure complies with the eligibility rules contained in the relevant guidelines. The implementation of the project will contribute to both the objectives of the OP 2014-2020 and the specific objectives set for priority axis X. The project will be implemented in accordance with national and Community law, including: the Public Procurement Law, the horizontal rules laid down in Articles 5, 7, 8 of Regulation (EU) No 1303/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 December 2013.
