Celem niniejszego projektu jest wzmocnienie konkurencyjności oraz innowacyjności firmy REM II Sp. z o. o. poprzez realizację inwestycji polegającej na wdrożeniu wyników prac B+R z zakresu produkcji stolarki otworowej z PVC oraz uruchomieniu na ich podstawie wytwarzania znacząco udoskonalonego produktu. Realizacja inwestycji ukierunkowana jest na wdrożenie wypracowanej podczas własnych prac badawczo – rozwojowych innowacyjnej technologii, która pozwoli na uruchomienie produkcji okien z systemem nawiewno-wywiewnym, który ogranicza stopień nagrzewania okien oraz zwiększa tempo ich schładzania, co ma szczególne znaczenie w przypadku lokalizacji o dużym nasłonecznieniu. Innowacyjne rozwiązania pozwalają na zmniejszenie naprężeń i odkształceń powstających na skutek oddziaływania wysokich temperatur. Jest także szczególnie przydatny w przypadku okien o ciemnym kolorze, nagrzewających się szybciej niż białe, co daje nowe możliwości w zakresie designu i dekoracji wnętrz. Wdrażana technologia, ze względu na szereg korzyści możliwych do wygenerowania, szczególnie na poziomie parametrów technicznych produktów, pozwoli na zwiększenie aktywności firmy na rynkach międzynarodowych, a co za tym idzie zwiększenie przychodów z tytułu eksportu produktów. The aim of this project is to strengthen the competitiveness and innovativeness of REM II Sp. z o. o. by implementing an investment consisting of implementing the results of R & D works in the field of production of PVC hole carpentry and launching on the basis of them the production of significantly improved product. The implementation of the investment is aimed at the implementation of the innovative technology developed during its own research and development, which will enable the production of windows with a ventilation and exhaust system to be launched, which reduces the degree of heating of windows and increases the rate of cooling, which is particularly important in the case of locations with high sunlight. Innovative solutions allow to reduce stresses and deformations caused by high temperatures. It is also particularly useful in the case of dark-coloured windows that warm up faster than white, which gives new possibilities in terms of interior design and decoration. The technology implemented, due to the many benefits that can be generated, especially at the level of technical parameters of products, will increase the company’s activity in international markets, thereby increasing revenues from exports of products.
