Usługi doradcze pozwolą bowiem na wybranie i szczegółowe określenie ścieżki działania, dobór dostawcy technologii, analizę ryzyk i sposobu ich eliminacji, bieżące doradztwo i szkolenia na etapie wdrożenia, jak również w procesie ochrony praw własności. Ważne będzie także wsparcie w postaci udostępnienia usług kolokacji. Reference number of the aid programme: SA.42799(2015/X), intended for public aid: Article 28 of Commission Regulation No 651/2014 As part of the implementation of the project, the applicant will commission an accredited IOB to provide pro-innovative advisory services in the scope of: —analysis of alternative development pathways through the implementation of innovation – detailing and evaluating the chosen development path related to the implementation of innovations – seeking and establishing contact with the supplier? or recipient of innovative technology -help in developing the functional/technical documentation necessary for the implementation of innovation. —help in the process of preparing and conducting negotiations with the supplier or recipient of innovative technology – advising in the process of preparing/verification and concluding a contract between the supplier and the recipient of the innovative technology -analysis of the risk of implementing innovation -advising and helping to develop and implement innovation pilots. —advice, assistance and training in the full implementation of innovation – monitoring and evaluation of the results of innovation implementation -advising in the management of intellectual property, including protection of intellectual property rights, examination of the state of technology and patent purity -other reasonable advice necessary for the implementation of technological innovation – and the provision of co-location and administrative service Thanks to the implementation of the specified scope of advisory services, the Applicant will be able to effectively implement technological innovation into his business. Advisory services will allow the selection and detailed identification of the path, selection of the technology provider, analysis of risks and how they are eliminated, ongoing advice and training at the implementation stage, as well as in the process of protection of property rights.
