SA 42799(2015/X) Przedmiotem projektu są prace badawczo-rozwojowe polegające na opracowaniu nowej jedno- lub wielowarstwowej poliolefinowej folii PE posiadającej cechy insektycydowe. W toku postępowania ofertowego wybrana została jednostka naukowa posiadająca kategorię badawczą B, której zostanie powierzone wykonanie całości prac. Jednostką tą jest Instytut Przemysłu Skórzanego w Łodzi. Z podwykonawcą w dniu 17.05.2019 r. została zawarta umowa warunkowa dotycząca wykonania usługi badawczej. Projekt będzie realizowany w okresie 7 miesięcy, od 1 września 2019 r. do 31 marca 2020 r., a jego realizacja zostanie podzielona na 5 zadań: 1. Prace przygotowawcze (1 m-c). 2. Wstępne prace doświadczalne (2 m-ce). 3. Próby technologiczne (1 m-c). 4. Ocena właściwości otrzymanego prototypu produktu (2 m-ce). 5. Opracowanie raportu końcowego (1 m-c). Rezultatem projektu będzie opracowanie i wykonanie w formie prototypu nowej, jedno- lub wielowarstwowej folii PE o właściwościach owadobójczych, co stanowić będzie innowację produktową Na rynku polskim nie występuje folia poliolefinowa wykazująca funkcjonalne cechy insektycydowe. Na rynku są dostępne folie PVC oddziałujące na owady, jednak ich właściwości są jedynie odstraszające a nie owadobójcze. Rezultatem projektu będzie również opracowanie technologii wytwarzania nowej folii co przełoży się na innowację procesową co najmniej na skalę kraju. (Polish)

SA 42799(2015/X) The subject of the project is research and development involving the development of a new single or multilayer PE polyolefin film with insecticide characteristics. In the course of the tender procedure, a scientific unit with category B was selected, to be entrusted with the execution of all the work. This unit is the Institute of Leather Industry in Łódź. A conditional agreement concerning the performance of the research service was concluded with the subcontractor on 17.05.2019. The project will be implemented within 7 months, from 1 September 2019 to 31 March 2020, and its implementation will be divided into 5 tasks: 1. Preparatory work (1 m-c) 2. Preliminary experimental work (2 m-ce). 3. Technological tests (1 m-c). 4. Assessment of the properties of the product prototype obtained (2 m-ce). 5. Preparation of the final report (1 m-c). The result of the project will be the development and manufacture of a new, single or multilayer PE film with insecticide properties in the form of a prototype, which will be a product innovation. PVC films that affect insects are available on the market, but their properties are only repellent and not insecticide. The project will also result in the development of new film production technology, which will translate into process innovation at least on a national scale. (English)
