Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). W ramach projektu zostaną przeprowadzone prace zmierzające do opracowania i weryfikacji komponentów graficznych, programistycznych oraz psychofizjologicznych umożliwiających możliwie najwierniejsze oddanie rzeczywistości w sytuacji kryzysowej, wymagającej kompleksowego działania ratowniczego. Głównym celem badań będzie uzyskanie odpowiedzi na pytanie jaki poziom odwzorowania realizmu jest niezbędny aby osiągnąć rzeczywiste reakcje fizjologiczne u ratownika w trakcie szkolenia. Rezultatem projektu będzie gotowy prototyp symulatora katastrof zbiorowych z testowym bankiem scenariuszy, umożliwiający opracowanie docelowych produktów na potrzeby indywidualnych klientów w konkretnych branżach (lotniska / sieć drogowa / kolejowa / imprezy masowe). Symulator będzie umożliwiał szkolenia służb ratowniczych w dwóch płaszczyznach – zarządczej, dotyczącej ogólnego zarządzania sytuacją i podejmowania decyzji oraz ratowniczej – umożliwiającej przeszkolenie konkretnego pracownika w zakresie radzenia sobie w sytuacji psychologicznie trudnej. Istotną cechą wyróżniającą symulator będzie wysoki poziom realizmu akcji ratowniczej uzyskany dzięki integracji innowacji technologicznych znanych z gier komputerowych. (Polish)

Reference number of the aid programme: SA.41471(2015/X) Purpose of public aid: Article 25 of EC Regulation No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain types of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ L. I'm sorry. EU L 187/1 of 26.06.2014). As part of the project, work will be carried out to develop and verify graphical, programming and psychophysiological components that enable the most accurate rendering of reality in a crisis situation requiring comprehensive rescue action. The main objective of the research will be to answer the question of what level of realism mapping is necessary to achieve real physiological reactions in a rescuer during training. The project will result in a ready prototype of collective disaster simulator with test scenario bank, enabling the development of target products for individual customers in specific industries (airport/road/railway network/mass events). The simulator will enable the training of emergency services in two areas – management, general situation management and decision-making and rescue – enabling the training of a particular employee in dealing with psychologically difficult situations. An important distinguishing feature of the simulator will be the high level of realism of rescue action achieved through the integration of technological innovations known from computer games.
