    Metodická příprava a pilotní ověření systému dobrovolnických programů v rámci veřejné správy (VS) jako inovativního nástroje, který podporuje doposud opomíjené informální a neformální vzdělávání zaměstnanců VS. Zapojení přinese zaměstnancům hlubší znalosti, kompetence a porozumění problematice i specifikům práce s klienty. Ve svém důsledku pak povede k vyšší efektivitě VS, pozitivním změnám v organizační kultuře a rozvine spolupráci se sociálními partnery. (Czech)

    Methodological preparation and pilot verification of the system of volunteer programmes within the public administration (VS) as an innovative tool that supports so far neglected informal and informal education of employees. Inclusion will bring employees deeper knowledge, competence and understanding of issues and specifics of work with clients. As a result, it will lead to higher efficiency of the VS, positive changes in organisational culture and develop cooperation with social partners. (English)
