Projekt řeší zlepšení tepelně technických vlastností objektu ZŠ Ústavní, objekt Bendovka - Na Bendovce č.p. 186/20 (parc.č. 255) v MČ Praha 8, a to zateplením obvodového pláště (485,9 m2), střechy půdy (400,6 m2), zateplením stropu ve sklepních prostorech (190 m2), výměnou výplní otvorů na severní straně (30,5 m2) a instalací vzduchotechniky. Dojde k úsporám energie na vytápění a ke zlepšení vnitřního mikroklimatu budovy. Po realizaci projektu se budova zařadí do kategorie C - VYHOVUJÍCÍ. (Czech)

The project deals with improvement of the thermally technical properties of the building elementary school Ústavní, object Bendovka – Na Bendovce č.p. 186/20 (parc.no. 255) in Prague 8, by insulated perimeter casing (485.9 m²), roofs of the soil (400.6 m²), insulated ceiling in cellar spaces (190 m²), replacing openings on the north side (30,5 m²) and installation of air conditioning. Energy saving for heating and improving the interior microclimate of the building will be achieved. After the implementation of the project, the building will be classified in category C – EXHIBITIONS. (English)
