Cílem dvouletého projektu je vytvoření předpokladů pro efektivnější řízení a rozvoj vybraných oblastí fungování města Slavkov u Brna prostřednictvím tvorby a aktualizace strategických dokumentů města, zavedení nových nástrojů komunikace s veřejností a vzdělávání úředníků a zastupitelů. Rozpočet projektu činí 4,904 mil. Kč, v projektu jsou naplánovány celkem čtyři aktivity, kromě projektového týmu a dodavatelů bude zapojen úřad města a jeho zaměstnanci, zastupitelé a veřejnost. The aim of the two-year project is to create the prerequisites for more efficient management and development of selected areas of functioning of the city of Slavkov u Brna through the creation and updating of city strategy documents, the introduction of new tools of communication with the public and education of officials and representatives. The project budget is CZK 4.904 million, a total of four activities are planned in the project, apart from the project team and suppliers, the city office and its employees, representatives and the public will be involved.
