Projekt FOKUS NOVĚ je zaměřen na rozvoj naší organizace. Cílem projektu je zefektivnění fungování organizace, zvýšení její finanční stability a rozvoj fundraisingu. Do přípravy i realizace projektu jsou zapojení místní experti (partnerství navázaná v projektu budou pokračovat i po jeho skončení). Pro realizaci projektu jsme z auditní zprávy vybrali nejpalčivější problémy, jejich řešení nám umožní se posunout a zajistit tak kvalitnější služby pro klienty a být důvěryhodným partnerem pro donátory. The FOKUS NEW project is focused on the development of our organisation. The aim of the project is to streamline the functioning of the organisation, increase its financial stability and develop fundraising. Local experts are involved in the preparation and implementation of the project (partnerships associated with the project will continue after its completion). We have selected the most pressing problems from the audit report for the implementation of the project, their solution will enable us to move forward to ensure better quality services for clients and to be a trusted partner for donors.
