Cílem projektu je v horizontu dvou let posílit v rámci Nadačního fondu J&T (NFJT) organizační a pracovní kapacitu, která zvýší úroveň profesionalizace a profesionality pracovníků, a zvýšit kvalitu služeb, které fond poskytuje svým cílovým skupinám.
