V projektu bude zpracován "Strategický rámec Smart City" jako vodítko pro představitele obcí a měst při koncipování a implementaci jejich lokálních "Smart City strategií". Dokument bude vznikat participativním způsobem (formou "Labu"), kdy se budou všech fází jeho tvorby účastnit členové Svazu měst a obcí ČR - bude tak odrážet jejich zkušenosti, vize a potřeby. Strategický rámec stanoví jasné metodické podmínky pro zkvalitňování veřejné správy prostřednictvím "Smart City" postupů. (Czech)

The project will prepare the “Strategic Framework Smart City” as a guide for representatives of municipalities and cities in the design and implementation of their local “Smart City strategies”. The document will be created in a participative way (the “Lab”) where members of the Union of Towns and Municipalities of the Czech Republic will participate in all phases of its work – thus reflecting their experiences, visions and needs. The strategic framework sets out clear methodological conditions for improving public administration through ‘Smart City’ procedures. (English)
