Projekt přispívá ke zlepšování či obnově schopnosti sociálního fungování v cílové skupině a k jejímu zplnomocňování, aby dokázala sama měnit podmínky svých životů. Zaměřuje se na prevenci ztráty bydlení v Kraslicích v cílové skupině a na její aktivní účast na řešení problémů s bydlením. Osoby ze SVL budou zapojeny do participace na rozhodování v oblasti bydlení. Bude vytvořena a pilotována koncepce soc. bydlení. Projektem bude podpořeno nejméně 50 osob prací realizačního týmu nad 40 hod. (Czech)

The project contributes to improving or restoring social functioning within the target group and empowering it in order to be able to change the conditions of its life itself. It focuses on preventing the loss of housing in Kraslice in the target group and its active participation in solving housing problems. Persons from the SVL will be involved in participation in decision-making in the area of housing. The concept of soc. housing will be created and piloted. The project will support at least 50 people working by the implementation team over 40 hours. (English)
