Předmětem projektu je vzdělávání zaměstnanců společnosti OLMAN SERVICE s.r.o. za účelem zvýšení jejich dovedností a znalostí v oblasti obecného IT, měkkých dovedností, v cizím jazyce, účetnictví a ekonomii a dalších odborných odvětvích, které mají vždy vazbu na jejich pracovní pozici. Celkem bude proškoleno 240 zaměstnanců společnosti žadatele, kdy všichni dosáhnou na minimálně 40 hodin školení. Celkové náklady projektu budou 9 355 960,00 Kč. Celková délka projektu je 24 měsíců. The subject of the project is the training of employees of Olman SERVICE s.r.o. in order to increase their skills and knowledge in general IT, soft skills, foreign language, accounting and economics and other professional sectors that are always linked to their position. A total of 240 employees of the applicant’s company will be trained, with everyone reaching a minimum of 40 hours of training. The total cost of the project will be CZK 9,355,960.
