Předmětem projektu je vzdělávání zaměstnanců,kterým bude dosaženo celkového růstu společnosti. Hlavním cílem projektu je zvýšení adaptability zaměstnanců, a to prostřednictvím zvýšení odborné úrovně znalostí, dovedností a kompetencí pracovníků, čímž dojde k zajištění souladu kvalifikační úrovně pracovní síly s potřebami zaměstnavatele ve vztahu k aktuálním požadavkům trhu práce.
