Projekt se zaměřuje na zvýšení dostupnosti vybraného druhu ambulantní a terénní služby sociální rehabilitace pro osoby se zdravotním postižením. Rozvojem tohoto druhu služby chceme především reagovat na avizované neuspokojené potřeby osob, které žijí ve svém přirozeném prostředí a kterým by podpora této služby pomohla v jejich procesu osamostatnění a zvýšení soběstačnosti tak, aby zvládli co nejvíce samostatný a běžný život. The project focuses on increasing the availability of a selected type of outpatient and field social rehabilitation services for people with disabilities. By developing this kind of service, we want to respond to the acknowledgment of unsatisfactory needs of people who live in their natural environment and whom support for this service would help in their process of emancipation and increase self-sufficiency in order to manage as much independent and normal life as possible.
