    Trh práce klade vysoké požadavky na kvalitu práce zaměstnanců. Vedoucí pracovníci musí disponovat takovými kvalifikacemi, aby byli schopni úspěšně vést firmu nebo jeji část. Projekt je zaměřen na školení 21 vedoucích pracovníků, kteří budou proškolení celkem v 10 kurzech. Tyto kurzy jsou zaměřeny na zdokonalení se v komunikačních, prezentačních a vyjednávacích dovednostech, dále také na správné obchodní vystupování a zvládnutí řízení jednotlivých projektů. (Czech)

    The labour market places high demands on the quality of employees’ work. Managers must have such qualifications as to be able to successfully run the company or part of it. The project is focused on training of 21 managers who will be trained in a total of 10 courses. These courses are focused on improving communication, presentation and negotiating skills, as well as on the right business performance and management of individual projects. (English)
