Předkládaný projekt je zaměřen na odborné a obecné vzdělávání pracovníků společnosti Aquapark Olomouc, a.s. V rámci jeho realizace, činí 24 měsíců, bude podpořeno celkem 17 pracovníků, jejichž vzdělávací potřeby byly prozkoumány v rámci důkladné vstupní analýzy. V projektu bude realizována řada vzdělávacích kurzů, které budou přizpůsobeny potřebám naší společnosti a jednotlivým skupinám našich zaměstnanců. Dojde tak ke zvýšení kvality námi poskytovaných služeb a zvýšení počtu zákazníků. (Czech)

The submitted project is focused on vocational and general training of employees of Aquapark Olomouc, a.s. As part of its implementation, the total of 24 months will be supported by a total of 17 employees whose educational needs have been examined in the framework of a thorough initial analysis. A number of training courses will be implemented in the project, which will be tailored to the needs of our company and to individual groups of our employees. This will increase the quality of our services and increase the number of customers. (English)
