Cílem projektu je zvýšit úroveň znalostí a dovedností zaměstnanců a zajistit tak soulad jejich kvalifikací a kompetencí s požadavky na vykonávané pracovní činnosti. Pomocí níže uvedených aktivit se žadatel pokusí dosáhnout stanoveného cíle a tím vyřešit nevyhovující úroveň znalostí, dovedností a kompetencí zaměstnanců a nesoulad mezi kvalifikační úrovní zaměstnanců s potřebami zaměstnavatele. Using the activities listed below, the applicant will try to achieve the stated objective, thereby addressing the unsatisfactory level of knowledge, skills and competences of the employees and the inconsistencies between the qualification levels of employees with the needs of the employer.
