Projekt vychází ze zpracovaného Genderového auditu dle Standartu Úřadu vlády ČR. Cílem je snížit genderové rozdíly na pracovišti s cílem zefektivnění pracovních procesů a jejich implementace do praxe. Genderová korektnost bude díky projektu nastavena v a administrativní sféře, firemní kultuře, bude inovováno pracovní prostředí (lepší podmínky pro rovnost na pracovních pozicích), podpůrný rozvojový vzdělávací systém, transparentní benefitní systém a budou zavedeny nové flexibilní formy práce. The project is based on a prepared Gender audit according to the Standard of the Office of the Government of the Czech Republic. The aim is to reduce gender differences in the workplace with the aim of streamlining work processes and their implementation into practice. Gender correctness will be set up in the administrative sphere, corporate culture, work environment (better conditions for equality in jobs), supportive education system, transparent benefit system and new flexible forms of work will be introduced.
