Projekt je zaměřen na vzdělávání zaměstnanců firmy LA Interiér ve vybraných oblastech technického, manažerského a dalšího vzdělávání. Cílem projektu je zvýšení úrovně znalostí a dovedností v těchto oblastech u zaměstnanců firmy se zvláštním důrazem na zaměstnance 54 +. Díky projektu dojde k souladu jejich kvalifikací a kompetencí s požadavky na jejich vykonávanou práci. Zaměstnanci jsou do projektu zapojeni již při jeho zpracování analýzou jejich vzdělávacích potřeb a projekt vítají. (Czech)

The project is focused on the training of employees of LA Interior in selected areas of technical, managerial and continuing education. The aim of the project is to increase the level of knowledge and skills in these areas for employees of the company with special emphasis on employees 54+. Thanks to the project, their qualifications and competencies will be consistent with the requirements for their work done. Employees are already involved in the project by analysing their educational needs and welcome the project. (English)
