Projekt je zaměřen především na zvýšení zaměstnatelnosti na trhu práce mladých lidí do 25 let věku z Plzeňska, absolventů škol i osob bez kvalifikace, jejichž společným znakem je žádná nebo pouze minimální praxe.Snahou žadatele je, aby veškeré aktivity pomohly účastníkům zvýšit sebedůvěru a motivaci, nasměrovaly je do odborných kurzů a pomohly jim následně uplatnit se na trhu práce. U všech účastníků dojde k výraznému růstu uplatnitelnosti na TP, a to díky získání kvalifikace a praxe. (Czech)

The project focuses primarily on increasing employability on the labour market for young people under the age of 25 from Pilsen, graduates of schools and persons without qualifications, whose common feature is no or only minimal practice.The applicant’s effort is to help participants increase confidence and motivation, direct them to professional courses and help them to apply to the labour market. For all participants there will be a significant increase in application on TP thanks to the acquisition of qualifications and practice. (English)
