Projekt je zaměřen na cílovou skupinu osob 50+ s nízkou kvalifikací ve Středočeském kraji (v okresech Kolín, Kutná Hora a Nymburk), kterým prostřednictvím individuální a komplexní podpory pomáhá v uplatnění na trhu práce, konkrétně v oblasti sociálních služeb. Dlouhodobou a intenzivní podporou každého jednoho účastníka dosáhne také překonání stereotypů, které jsou s touto cílovou skupinou spojeny. (Czech)

The project is focused on the target group of 50+ low-skilled persons in the Central Bohemian Region (in the districts of Kolín, Kutná Hora and Nymburk), through which it helps to apply to the labour market through individual and comprehensive support, specifically in the field of social services. The long-term and intensive support of each participant will also achieve overcoming the stereotypes associated with this target group. (English)
