(Czech)

The project will be aimed at ensuring generational exchange and promoting intergenerational solidarity on the labour market by maintaining workers in the pre-retired age and strengthening the consistency between qualification supply and labour market demand among people entering the labour market. It will also promote the transfer of work experience to people entering the labour market without previous work experience (graduates). The project also promises to support longer employability of older people in the pre-retired age. (English)
