Projekt je zaměřen na uchazeče s evidencí více jak 12 měsíců a na uchazeče s opakovanou evidencí. Navazuje na úspěšné projekty Odrazový můstek a Cesta přes bariéry. Hlavním úkolem projektu je především systematická práce s touto cílovou skupinou. Výsledkem bude ochota a zájem těchto osob svou situaci řešit. Udržení pracovních návyků a motivace uchazečů bude probíhat formou poradenských aktivit. Doba realizace je 79 měsíců a předpokládá podporu celkově 450 osob z cílové skupiny. (Czech)

The project is aimed at applicants with registration for more than 12 months and candidates with repeated records. It builds on successful projects Reflection Bridge and Road through Barriers. The main task of the project is mainly systematic work with this target group. The result will be the willingness and interest of these people to address their situation. Maintaining work habits and motivation of applicants will take the form of advisory activities. The implementation period is 79 months and provides support for a total of 450 people from the target group. (English)
