    Cílem tohoto projektu je poznat mechanismy, které definují meiotické dělení a diferenciaci pohlavních buněk u rostlin; součástí tohoto úsilí bude vyvinutí technologií umožňujících diferenciaci pohlavních buněk in vitro, zobrazování meiózy v reálném čase a manipulaci meiotických procesů. Projekt doplňuje stávající výzkumné aktivity CEITECu přispívá k mezioborovosti, mezinárodní spolupráci výzkumného centra a má silný aplikační potenciál při šlechtění rostlin. a. (Czech)

    The aim of this project is to identify mechanisms that define meiotic division and differentiation of sex cells in plants; this will include developing technologies to differentiate sexual cells in vitro, real-time imaging of meiosis and manipulation of meiotic processes. The project complements the existing research activities of CEITEC contributes to interdisciplinaryness, international cooperation of the research centre and has a strong application potential for plant breeding. a.
