Vybudujeme 15-členný tým vědců a moderní infrastrukturu s cílem získat stabilní, mezinárodně konkurenceschopný výzkumný tým. K tomu využijeme molekulární biologii a lesnické vědy k ochraně lesů coby pohlcovačů uhlíku. Budeme zkoumat interakce kůrovců a jehličnanů za pomocí genomiky, transkriptomiky a proteomiky, spolu s ověřením genetiky a metabolomiky. S cílem zlepšit ochranu lesa budeme pracovat na třech úrovních: gen, strom, krajina. K tomu využijeme partnerství se zahr. strateg. partnerem. a. (Czech)

We're going to build a 15-man team of scientists and modern infrastructure to get a stable, internationally competitive research team. To do this, we will use molecular biology and forestry science to protect forests as carbon absorbers. We'll investigate the interactions of conifers and conifers using genomics, transcriptomics, and proteomics, along with genetics and metabolomic verification. In order to improve forest protection, we will work on three levels: gene, tree, landscape. To do this, we will use the partnership with the included strateg. partner. a. (English)
