Projekt je zaměřen na zvýšení kvality, rozvoj a rozšíření tří sociálních služeb, které poskytuje nezisková organizace Pečovatelská služba Homediss, o.p.s., Polní 12, Hodonín (pečovatelská služba, osobní asistence a centrum denních služeb).
