    Obsahem projektu je vývoj a implementace zcela nového modulárního portálové řešení. Nový software bude vyvíjen na základě ověřených technologií používaných pro portálová řešení splňující kritéria pro bezpečnost a respektující poznatky o trendech a nastupujících technologických novinkách.
