Projekt je zaměřen na mentoring v polytech.výchově (PV) a EVVO na MŠ a přír. gramotnosti (PřG) na ZŠ. Cílem je sdílení a předávání ověřených postupů mezi pedagogy.V MŠ se mentoring zaměří na didaktiku PV v souladu s EVVO - bude vytvořena a pilotně ověřena metodika, na ZŠ zejména na ped.kompetence v organizaci BOV v zahradě i terénu a projektového vyučování.Rizikem je neochota pedagogů skutečně mentorovat, proto budou vybráni při pohovorech a podporováni konzultanty po celou dobu projektu. The project is focused on mentoring in polytech.education (PV) and EVVO at kindergarten and literacy (PřG) at elementary school. The aim is to share and pass on proven procedures among teachers.In kindergarten, mentoring will focus on didactics of PVV in accordance with EVVO – a methodology will be developed and verified pilotly, at elementary schools, especially on ped.competence in the organisation BOV in the garden and field and project teaching.The risk is the reluctance of teachers to truly mentor, therefore they will be selected during interviews and supported by consultants throughout the project.
