Cílem projektu je rekonstrukce objektů Březenecká č.p.4809 a stavby bývalé sauny na p.č.4865/94, k.ú. Chomutov, a snížení jejich energetické náročnosti. Zlepšením tepelně technických vlastností obálky budovy a výplně otvorů, rekonstrukcí rozvodů elektro a osvětlení dojde ke zprovoznění budovy v požadovaném energetickém standardu, snížení nákladů, zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti a užitné hodnoty. a. The aim of the project is the reconstruction of the buildings Březenecká č.p.4809 and the construction of the former sauna on p.no.4865/94, k.ú. Chomutov, and reducing their energy performance. By improving the thermally technical properties of the building envelope and filling of openings, reconstruction of electrical distributions and lighting, the building will be put into operation in the required energy standard, reduced costs, increased competitiveness and utility value.
