Předmětem projektu je zvýšení technické hodnoty a efektivnosti technologie na výrobu toastového chleba a užitných hodnot nových výrobků (odstranění konzervantů, redukce soli, prodloužení trvanlivosti, zlepšení chuťových vlastností). Jde o pořízení linky s výraznými inovačními prvky (skladování a dávkování ingrediencí, vakuové hnětení, clean-room, inovovaný systém řízení výroby) umožňující realizaci nových produktů (originální vlastní pšeničný kvas, 3 nové druhy toastového chleba-c.k.19059090). The aim of the project is to increase the technical value and efficiency of the technology for the production of toast bread and the utility values of new products (removing preservatives, reducing salt, extending durability, improving taste properties). It is the acquisition of a line with significant innovative elements (storage and dosing of ingredients, vacuum kneading, clean-room, innovative production management system) enabling the realisation of new products (original own wheat yeast, 3 new types of toast bread-c.k.19059090).
